Private Cooking Classes & Events
With over twenty years of experience, specialilsing in fish, Thai food and wood fire cooking, Michael will come up with a bespoke class just for you. Teaching you whatever you want to learn, in the comfort of your own home. No need to go shopping, no special equipment needed, no cleaning up afterwards..everthing is taken care of.
Our kitchen teams at Som Saa and Kolae have now both had masterclasses with Michael. They’ve been excellent. Michael’s knowledge and skill are immediately obvious, as is his deep understanding of both the chef and supplier roles.
The masterclasses have deepened our understanding of the seafood we use and helped us deliver an even better product in the restaurants. We’ll definitely be continuing to involve Michael in our team training going forward.
